We have a comprehensive process designed to ensure that our new team members are equipped and integrated into the organization seamlessly.

So you want to join Acufore? Here’s how it goes.

Your journey begins with a screening round interview, where we evaluate your qualifications and alignment with our values. This is followed by a virtual or face-to-face interaction in the second round to delve deeper into your skills and experiences.

For technical roles, a third round is conducted to assess technical proficiency through face-to-face discussions.

A final offer discussion is held upon successful completion of these rounds, followed by the formal offer release.

After accepting the offer, we conduct background checks to ensure mutual trust and security.

If all this went well, then congratulations, you have successfully joined our family. As part of our warm welcome, we provide a Welcome Kit for a sense of belonging and camaraderie among your new team members.
