Experience: 2 + years experience in Desktop Support.

• Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration.
• Knowledge of software distribution and patch management.
• Knowledge of ticketing-based support systems.
• Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Trouble Shooting Hardware & Software issues.
